Honey Comb is honey in its purest, most unprocessed form. It’s how humans have eaten honey for most of our history with honey bees. Having been concentrated from nectar and sealed in the comb by the bees, themselves, comb honey can be enjoyed spread on biscuits, toast, fruit, sandwiches, part of a cheese plate... or by the chunk as a natural sweet candy.
The tender beeswax can be consumed entirely or just chewed and disposed of like gum. May be frozen indefinitely. Do not refrigerate, as crystallization will occur above freezing.
Origin: Our current batch of Comb Honey is Gallberry Honey from Georgia.
