A delicious, medium-colored honey, our New York Wildflower honey comes from western New York and is produced from a variety of nectar sources. It has a wonderful earthy sweetness and a subtle cooling flavor.
This honey is raw, meaning that it is not pasteurized and comes to you in its most natural and direct-from-the-hive state. This honey tends to crystalize quickly and may be forming crystals in the jar when it arrives. This is not a sign of spoilage or low quality. Your honey is still high quality and perfectly edible, just in a different form.
