A toast to Autumn. Raise your glass to the season of falling leaves and crisp air with this Autumn Honey Apple Cocktail. With every sip, you'll be transported by the tantalizing blend of tart apple and our comforting Whipped Cinnamon Infused honey. A sip of fall's comforting nostalgia, a journey through its most cherished flavors.
- 1 ½ oz The Whistler Double Oaked Irish Whiskey
- ½ oz Astor Apiaries Infused Cinnamon Honey
- 2 tbsp apple butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Citrus wedge (for rim)
Combine sugar and cinnamon on a small dish. Use a citrus wedge to coat the rim of your glass. Submerge the rim into the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
Add The Whistler Double Oaked Irish Whiskey, The Whistler Irish Honey, apple butter and ice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
Strain into your prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slices and rosemary, if desired.
