Free Local Pick Up Instructions
We're delighted to announce that our Local Pickup has moved to our brand new storefront, The Honey House at Astor Apiaries, located at 33-22 23rd Ave, Astoria, NY 11105. This means you can now pick up your online orders directly from our store.
Our store hours are from 12pm to 7pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.
Here's how it works:
- Add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the checkout page, select 'Pick up' as your delivery method, then click 'Continue to Payment'.
- Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Your order will be ready for pickup within 1 hour during our normal business hours if you place your order before 6pm. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
When & Where to Pick Up:
The Honey House at Astor Apiaries is open from 12pm to 7pm, Tuesday through Sunday. We're located at 33-22 23rd Ave, Astoria, NY 11105.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. If you wish to confirm that your order is ready, feel free to call us at 201.830.2337.
Please Note: Orders unclaimed after 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be removed from The Honey House. Abandoned orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please do not leave your order unclaimed.
If you can no longer pickup your order, it can be shipped to you for $7 to cover the shipping fees. Contact us immediately to change your order if you would like it shipped.
