The Honey House at Astor Apiaries is a charming and adaptable venue, perfect for your next special event. With a warm, inviting atmosphere, our space can comfortably host up to 16 guests, making it ideal for intimate gatherings and celebrations.

- Versatile Space: A cozy, well-lit venue with customizable seating arrangements to suit your event needs. We have 3 five-foot round tables and 4 six-foot long tables available for use.
- Catering-Friendly: Bring in your own catering for a small $25 garbage fee. Enjoy flexibility in food choices to suit your event perfectly. We do not provide any food or catering equipment/materials.
- No Hidden Fees: Transparent pricing with no surprises.

Rates:
For the Back Event Space(up to 16 guests):
- Weekday Rate (12 PM - 7 PM): $50/hour
- Saturday & Sunday Rate (10 AM - 7 PM): $75/hour
For the Entire Space(up to 30):

Booking Information:
To reserve The Honey House at Astor Apiaries for your event, please email us at events@astorapiaries.com with the following details:
- Event description
- Preferred date and time (please factor in the time you need to set up and break down your decorations when requesting a time for your event)
- Number of guests (up to 24)
- Any special requirements or questions
Additional Notes:
- Decorations: You are responsible for your own tablecloths and decorations. Absolutely NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI of any kind, please! Still-inflated balloons cannot be left behind.
- Catered Food: You're welcome to choose your own caterer and bring in outside food for a $25 garbage fee. Your caterer might provide you with utensils, napkins, plates, etc. We do not provide these items.

Free Space for Community Groups
We love our neighborhood and are excited to offer our event space a few times per month to local community groups...for free! Tuesdays are reserved for approved community gatherings.
Requirements
- Gatherings must be non-commercial. Groups may not charge admission or sell goods/services. Commercial or ticketed events are subject to standard rental rates.
- Groups must have a minimum of 6 attendees and a maximum of 20.
- Event time is capped at 2 hours, including setup and breakdown.
- Groups are responsible for leaving the space clean and returning tables/chairs to their original setup. No large garbage may be left.
- Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. A $25 garbage/cleaning fee applies to any event that brings in food or drink. No cooking on-site.
- No-show policy: After 2 missed bookings, future reservations will not be accepted. Groups that fail to bring the minimum of 6 attendees over 2 bookings will also not be invited back.
- We reserve the right to decline any group at our discretion.
