Honey Crackles

Whip up some sweetness with this Honey Joys, also known as Honey Crackles  recipe! Infused with the goodness of our Clover Blossom Raw honey, these crunchy delights are a golden twist on a classic treat. Easy to make and impossible to resist, they'll be the buzz of your next snack time.

Ingredients:

• 90g / 3 ounces Unsalted Butter
• ⅓ cup Caster Sugar (see notes below)
• 1 tablespoon Astor Apiaries Clover Blossom Raw honey
• 4 cups Corn Flakes

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 150C and line 2 muffin tins with paper liners.
2. Melt butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
3. Remove saucepan from heat and add in cornflakes, mixing well to combine.
4. Working quickly spoon the mixture into the prepared paper liners.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
