Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups Astor Apiaries Clover Blossom Raw honey
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Optional: the zest from one lemon
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Whir it together until it is all fully incorporated and the berries have broken down.
- You can filter out the seeds if you would like.
- Place in the bowl of your ice cream machine and process according to the manufacturers directions.
- Store in the freezer until ready to eat.
