Ingredients:
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup chopped pineapple I use fresh
- 1 cup cream see note
- ⅓ cup Astor Apiaries NY Wildflower Raw Honey
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 cups ice

Place pineapple juice, chopped pineapple, cream, honey, vanilla and coconut extract in blender jar and blend until smooth and honey is dissolved.

Add ice and blend well. Serve immediately.
