Tangy pineapple goodness meets the natural sweetness of our NY Wildflower Raw Honey, creating a tropical explosion in every sip! This Honey-Sweetened Piña Coladas recipe will keep you refreshed all summer long.
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple I use fresh
  • 1 cup cream see note
  •  cup Astor Apiaries NY Wildflower Raw Honey
  •  teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 cups ice
Directions:
  1. Place pineapple juice, chopped pineapple, cream, honey, vanilla and coconut extract in blender jar and blend until smooth and honey is dissolved.

  2. Add ice and blend well. Serve immediately.
