Ingredients:
- 2 ounces espresso
- 1 cup milk (or oat milk)
- 1 ounce Astor Apiaries New York City Raw honey
- Whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and honey. Stir frequently for about 4-5 minutes or until the milk has warmed up.
- (Optional step) Using an immersion blender or handheld mixer, beat milk until it foams up and has a frothy consistency.
