Try our honey-twist on a Whiskey Sour with the recipe below.
- 2 ounces whiskey
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
- 3/4 ounce honey syrup (See How To make It Here)
- 1 sprig of lemon balm (or mint)
- Combine all ingredients and ice in a shaker.
- Shake until chilled. Strain into glass over ice.
- Garnish with slice of lemon and lemon balm.
