Shipping

Orders typically ship via USPS or UPS within 1-3 business days but may take up to 5 business days to ship. Most packages arrive within 5 days of being shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipping. If there are any significant delays, you will be notified promptly.

We are not responsible for the cost of reshipping returned packages if the address submitted by the customer is incorrect. If we receive a returned order, the customer will be notified and offered the opportunity to pay the full cost of shipping, which is always more expensive than our Flat Rate shipping. Orders that are Returned to Sender are not eligible for Flat Rate shipping rates or a refund. Always double-check the shipping address before you checkout.

 

Free Local Pickup

Free Local Pickup is not available at this time. We are currently looking for a new location to partner with and hope to have this option back in our store as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!
